Founder of NGCC, Donna has been in the field of child care for over 15 years. She has built a professional management team of education specialists, and together they are building NGCC's reputation in the early childhood field.
Donna is also on the Board of Directors for the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member of the Better Business Bureau serving Eastern MA, ME and VT, and is the Treasurer of the Sudbury Early Childhood Advisory Council (SECAC).
She is also the proud mother of five children and Nana of seven. Five of her grandchildren have graduated from NGCC with one still attending.
Walter has been working with Donna in the development and growth of NGCC since its inception. Using his 25 years of retail and consumer electronics experience, Walter is responsible for all NGCC budgets and expansion plans.
Lori Snyder has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 1989. She joined NGCC in 1997, as a preschool teacher in our Marlboro school. In 1998, when our Franklin school opened, Lori transferred to Preschool Program Manager of Franklin. In 2001, Lori was promoted to Director of Franklin, overseeing the Preschool Programs. In 2004, when our Hopkinton school opened, Lori transferred to Director of our Hopkinton school, also overseeing the Preschool Programs.
In 2006, Lori was promoted to Curriculum and Training Manager on the Corporate Team. As Curriculum and Training Manager, Lori supported our schools with curriculum development, classroom management, child guidance techniques, and trainings for teachers, program managers and directors. In 2008, Lori was promoted to Vice President of Operations. As Vice President of Operations, Lori oversees the daily operations of all of our schools, under the direction of the President. She works closely with each school’s management team to ensure the needs of families and staff are met.
Lori received her Bachelor’s Degree in both Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. She is EEC Director II certified, in addition to being Lead Teacher qualified in all five Early Childhood age groups. Lori has 3 children, 1 of whom currently attends our Hopkinton school and 2 of whom are graduates.
Noelle McCullough has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 1998, initially as a toddler and preschool teacher. She joined NGCC in 1999, as a preschool teacher. Noelle taught young Preschool, Pre-K and Kindergarten. In 2000, Noelle was promoted to Marlborough’s Preschool Program Manager. In 2003, Noelle was promoted to Director of Marlborough, overseeing the Preschool Programs. In 2006, Noelle transferred to Director of our Franklin school, also overseeing the Preschool Programs. In 2007, Noelle was promoted to Field Director on the Corporate Team. As Field Director, Noelle helped to oversee and support all of our schools. In 2008, Noelle was promoted to Manager of Operations. As Manager of Operations, Noelle works directly with the Vice President of Operations, overseeing the daily operations of our schools.
Noelle received her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Maine. She is EEC Director II certified, in addition to being Lead Teacher qualified in all five Early Childhood age groups. Noelle has 2 children, both of whom attend our Sudbury school.
Audrey brings with her over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, with specific expertise in the areas of benefits, recruitment and employee relations. She also has extensive HR experience in the childcare industry. Audrey is committed to providing the best HR services as possible to all employees of Next Generation.
Audrey has two girls who are graduates of NGCC.
Cynthia has been with Next Generation Children’s Center since 1994. She graduated from Regis College where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Early Childhood and Management. Cynthia began with Next Generation as a Toddler Teacher and has since grown with the company as a Director, to the Training and Resource Manager before becoming Vice President. Cynthia focuses on staff development, curriculum development and center purchases.
Cynthia’s two children are graduates of the Sudbury center.
Kathleen joined NGCC in 2003. She reports to Donna Kelleher and makes all marketing, advertising and technology purchases for the company. Kathleen brings 10 years experience in the computer software field and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Kathleen has three children, one NGCC Kindergarten graduate and two others who love attending NGCC Sudbury
Susanne joined NGCC in 1993 and has worked throughout the centers in many roles including teacher, Assistant Director, Director and OA. She joined the corporate team in 2006 and coordinates all print advertising, promotional and marketing materials. Before joining NGCC, Susanne was Director of Marketing for a financial institution as well as working in sales and marketing for the dental field. She has a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University in Marketing.
