Kristin Dyer has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 1996. She joined Next Generation in 2000, as a preschool teacher. In 2002, Kristin was promoted to Westborough’s Assistant Director. In 2003, Kristin was promoted to Director of Westborough, overseeing the Preschool Programs.
Kristin received her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in NY, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Elementary Education from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. She is EEC Director II certified.
Kathey Alexander

Kathey Alexander has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 1993, as teacher, Assistant Director and Director. She joined Next Generation in 2002, as Westborough’s Infant Program Manager, and later that year Kathey was promoted to Director of Marlborough. She has also directed in our Hopkinton school, before transferring to Director of our Westborough school, overseeing the Infant and Toddler Programs.
Kathey received her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Becker College, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Management from Ashworth. She is EEC Director II certified.
