Jane Fraser

Jane has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 1993, as preschool teacher for five years and as Director for almost four years. She joined NGCC in 2006, as Sudbury’s Office Administrator. In 2007, Jane completed NGCC’s “Director In Training” program, and after graduating was promoted to “Director in Training” at our Sudbury school. In 2008, Jane was promoted to Director of Sudbury, overseeing the Infant and Toddler Programs.
Jane is EEC Director I certified. Jane has one daughter who attends our Sudbury school.

Carolyn has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 1995, initially as a PT toddler and preschool teacher while in school. She joined Next Generation in 2002, as a Pre-K teacher in our Westborough school. She has also taught Preschool and Kindergarten at NGCC Westborough. In 2007, Carolyn was promoted to Westborough’s Preschool Program Manager, and she completed Next Generation’s Leadership Program. In 2008, Carolyn was promoted to Sudbury’s Senior Program Manager. In 2009, Carolyn was promoted to Director of Sudbury, overseeing the Preschool Programs.
Carolyn is working towards her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education through Ashworth College. She is EEC Director II certified. Carolyn has one son who attends our Sudbury school and one daughter who is an NGCC graduate.
