Alison Smith

Alison Smith has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 1991, as both a teacher and a Director. She joined Next Generation in 2001, as a preschool teacher. In 2002, Alison was promoted to Director of Marlborough, overseeing the Infant and Toddler Programs.
Alison received two Associate’s Degrees from Keene State College, one in Early Childhood Education and one in Science. She is EEC Director II certified. Alison has three children, one who currently attends our Marlborough school and two who are graduates.
Lori Carroll

Lori Carroll has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 1996. She joined Next Generation in 1999, as a preschool teacher. In 2001, Lori was promoted to Westborough’s Preschool Program Manager. In 2004, Lori was promoted to Franklin’s Assistant Director, and later that same year she was promoted to Director of school, overseeing the Preschool Programs.
Lori received her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Quinsigamond Community College. She is EEC Director II certified. Lori has two children, one who currently attends our Marlborough school and one who is a graduate.
