Michelle Montague has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 1989, initially as a part time teacher while in school, then as a FT teacher and later as an Assistant Director. She joined Next Generation Children’s Centers in 2004, as Hopkinton’s Assistant Director. In 2005, Michelle was promoted to Director of Hopkinton. In 2006, after her family moved, Michelle transferred to our Andover school, where she was the Infant Program Manager. In 2007, Michelle was promoted to Director of Andover, overseeing the Infant and Toddler Programs.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern University and her Masters of Science in Education from Wheelock College. She is Director II certified by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, as well as MA Teacher Certified for K-3. Michelle has two children, both of whom attend our Andover school.
