Stacey Paradise
Co-Director
Stacey has worked in the field of early childhood education since 1997. She began as a Program Manager with Next Generation in 2004 working with our Infant, Toddler and Preschool programs. She was promoted to a Senior Program Manager in 2009 and then to Co-Director in Sudbury in 2010.
Stacey is Director II certified through the Department of Early Education and Care. She has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
Alicia Resendes
Co-Director
Alicia Resendes joined Next Generation in 1998 at our Marlborough school. She has taught in all of the different programs after becoming teacher qualified in 2000. Alicia was promoted to Program Manager in 2003 and to a Senior Program Manager position in 2008. She moved to our Hopkinton school in 2009 before transferring to our Sudbury school in 2010. She was promoted to Director in Training in 2010.
Alicia is Director II certified through EEC and is currently working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. All three of her children attend NGCC of Sudbury.
