Kathey Alexander
Director
Kathey Alexander has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 1993, as a teacher, Assistant Director and Director. She joined Next Generation in 2002, as Westborough’s Infant Program Manager, and was later promoted to a Director in Marlborough. She has also directed in our Hopkinton school, before transferring back as Co-Director of Westborough in 2006. Kathey became the Director of our Natick school in May of 2009.
Kathey received her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Becker College and will be receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Ashworth in June. She is EEC Director II certified.
Toni Fecteau
Director
Toni brings more than 17 years in the field of early childhood to Next Generation. Most recently as the Operations Specialist at Head Start in Springfield, Massachusetts. In her last position with Head Start, she oversaw 16 different sites, was responsible for all new staff hiring, Department of Early Education and Care licensing and their NAEYC accreditation compliance. Prior to that she had been an Education Supervisor with Head Start, worked as a Preschool Director for Fiddlestix Preschool in Wilberham, and ran her own licensed home day care center.
Toni joined the Next Generation team as a Director in 2011. She is Director II / Lead Teacher certified from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care and has her Bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
