Debbie Taylor
Director
Debbie Taylor joined Next Generation Children’s Centers of Westford in 1995 as a teacher and progressed to Program Manager and Director in Westford. She transferred to our Andover school in 2006 and has been in the role of both Director and Office Administrator. She is EEC Director II certified and has her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Middlesex Community College. Debbie’s two children are NGCC graduates!
Valerie Santimore
Director
Valerie joined Next Generation in 2009 as a Program Manager in our Beverly school. She completed our Leadership program and then was promoted to a Director In Training in September of 2009, completing her training at our Westford and Andover schools. In August of 2010 Valerie was promoted to Director of our Andover school overseeing the Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs.
Valerie has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and is working on obtaining her Bachelor’s. She is Director II Certified through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Prior to joining NGCC, Valerie had been a Preschool and Pre-K teacher and a Director of another center for 6 years.

Our state-of-the-art school features spacious classrooms, indoor play spaces and large playground areas – including a covered outdoor area for when the weather is inclement.
