Next Generation Children’s Centers offers a Summer Program of FUN geared especially for children up to age 7.  Current families, former families and NEW families are all welcome!  Registration is NOW OPEN and you can contract for one session or as many as you need!  Need care before or after our Summer starts?  Contact us & we can arrange it!

Our 2010 Summer Program will feature four NEW themed sessions of two weeks each:

Science Spectacular: June 28th – July 9th
Session 1: The magic of science will be explored with spectacular experiments and an opportunity to discover the unknown.  We will all put on our lab coats and attempt to answer questions by making our own hypothesis and putting them to the test!  What new theories will we discover?  The possibilities are endless!

Scheduled visitor: Mike the Bubble Man!

Destination Imagination: July 12th—July 23rd
Session 2: We will let our imaginations guide us!  Our creative and theatrical side will emerge as we sing, build, act and create!  Who knows what will happen?  NGCC will also have a Summer Carnival celebrating all things fun!  Moonbounce, ring tosses, prizes and fun!

Scheduled Visitor: The Amazing Science Show

A Whale’s Tale: July 26th—August 6th
Session 3: Summer brings with it the adventures of the ocean!  We will dive into the high seas and the mysteries within it.  How long is a whale?  What creatures live deep down on the dark ocean floor?  Through activities and stories we will be sure to have a wet adventure!

Scheduled Visitors: Big Joe the Storyteller and Pumpernickel Puppets

Mystery Mix Up: August 9th—August 20th
Session 4: We are putting our detective skills to the test as we find clues and piece them together to solve a variety of mysteries.  Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar?  We’re going to find out!

Scheduled Visitors: Scooby Doo and AbraKIDabra

Wednesdays & Thursdays

In addition, every Wednesday is a themed “Wacky Wednesday” dress-up day and every other Thursday is a THEATER day!

We will also be holding a family feast and an ice cream social as parent invitations during the eight week program. Remember—all of this is included in our normal tuition (along with snacks, lunches, laundry and all the other services you have come to expect from us) and there are NO program fees!

OPTIONAL Program for our Summer Program Children:  Hammel Tennis!

Summer Program children will have an optional program choice of introductory tennis instruction with Hammel Tennis!  Twice per week children will learn the basics of racket handling and making contact with the ball for a nominal fee.  For more information, contact Jason Hammel at HammelFit@gmail.com.
