Description of Position:
Provide management and supervision of one program. Ensure the teaching teams provide a clean, safe, nurturing and organized environment for children to learn and grow. Ensure that teaching teams plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum according to the guidelines established by NGCC.
Supervise the teaching teams while providing leadership and direction. Maintain positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers. Provide a link between management and non-management employees. Communicate the goals and policies of management to employees. Communicate to management the attitudes, suggestions and concerns of employees. Assume responsibility in the event of the Director’s absence, including opening and/or closing the center and complete additional tasks as requested by the center Director and Senior Management.

Qualifications:
- EEC Lead teacher qualified
- Knowledge of child development theory and practice
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and parents
- Initiative in solving issues or concerns
- Ability to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with NGCC philosophies
- First Aid & CPR certified
