Description of Position
Develop a high quality program for children that meets or exceeds the guidelines established by NGCC. Lead and direct the Program Managers in completing their responsibilities as outlined in their job description. Delegate responsibilities as appropriate. Maintain positive relationships with parents, children and all employees. Serve as a liaison between parents and teachers for information, counseling and problem resolution. Understand and complete required paperwork from Accounting, Human Resources and Senior Management. Oversee compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- EEC Director 2 qualified with at least six months of supervisory experience
- Experienced in Infant, Toddler, Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten age groups
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Knowledge of child development theory and practice
- Ability to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with NGCC philosophies
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- First Aid & CPR certified
